Q: What can be summarised from the days of concentration with 'La Roja'?
A: I'm very happy, specially for achieving the qualification, that was our objective. Besides, with nine points.

Q: I guess that you are more satisfied since you scored.
A: The true is that I was able to score and help the squad during the matches in which I participated. I am very content for it, specially for the qualification of the team.

Q: Which one was your preferred goal?
A: The one scored against Norway, it was the prettiest one and the one that I scored with the head.

Q: So, you have eclipsed your goal against Barcelona wearing Depor's shirt.
A: No. If I have to choose, I prefer the goal against Barcelona, because it was my first goal and the only one in first division. Besides, it was in a pitch like Camp Nou.

Q: Your roll was to be a bench player, but you didn't miss minutes in order to justify a place in the starting eleven.
A: Off course that they trusted in me, because in the first match (against Azerbaijan), I played the second half, and in the rest (against Iceland and Norway) I went out at minute 50.

Q: How is the competition for a place in the national team, specially related to a place in the striking zone?
A: My main competitor is Alberto Bueno, who wears the No. 9 shirt and who has scored five goals.

Q: You are the future of football. Are you surprised with the performance of any particular team-mate?
A: Nobody surprised me, but who liked me the most was (Juan) Mata, I knew him from Oviedo, he is really good. The true s that we have very good players in this team.
