A: Yes, it was a happy day for me, maybe the happier on this year, because after seven months and a half, I have been able to play, although the result didn't help.
Q: An outstanding ovation for you.
A: Yes, I am thankful with the fans of Sevilla, the people from my land (he was born in Sevilla). The applause is helpful and motivates me after a long time out of the pitches.
Q: Were you able to see your people?
A: I was with my parents, friends and family. My return is also very important for them, because we have spent a bad moment and they were also anxiously awaiting for my comeback, like myself. It wasn't possible to do it in Riazor, well, what better place than Sevilla?.
Q: The chance of Riazor will arrive soon.
A: I am wishing to play in Riazor, because they didn't have the time to see me and I want to enjoy of my fans. I hope that it will be as soon as possible, in the next match against Sevilla.

A: I was very motivated, but that's my game. Since I arrived to Primera, that has been my main characteristic. That's what you will see in me since this moment. I hope so.
Q: So, you are promising that what we saw on Wednesday will not be an exception.
A: No. If God wants it, it will be like that. If this is not possible on this year, it will be for the next one, the goals will arrive and let's hope that I will be able to keep playing with all my facets.
Q: And the mission to score goals, without pressures.
A: What I have clear in my mind is that the issue of the goals isn't worrying me. Working as I know, and now that I have changed a little my style of playing, because with the things that El Flaco -Valerón- has said to me, it will be different compared to what you saw before to my injury. Now I have other concepts, I will do everything for this Depor, and if I was happy when I wasn't playing, figure out what will happen now that I'm seeing the light.
Q: How was your first training after your return?
A: I attended to it highly motivated, happy and content, because I was feeling new sensations. I am really comfortable, the team is with me and it helps me. The thing I like the most is the fact that people is really happy with me.
Q: Caparrós has been talking of a lack of ambition after a pressuring season like this one. You aren't facing the same problem, don't you?
A: I am strong, psychologically. Who's there and plays is the one that suffers this situation. Maybe I haven't suffered of this, but I have lived a similar situation on the past, but not so deeply like them. Maybe our bad moment is affecting us, but we are professionals. This situations happens and we have to surpass it.
Q: And the issues that are happening outside the pitch, it should be affecting you, don't you think?
A: I will not talk about it. I have enough trying to be at 100%. What should worry us is to leave the squad in the best position, to enter into the Intertoto.
Q: And for the next year?
A: Health.
