A DEFENSIVE MENTALITY?

All appoints that Caparrós will maintain the line of four defenders that he has been using in la liga. This mean that Coloccini will cover the right back, while Andrade and Lopo will play on the centre, Capdevila will complete the formation covering the left side. In this way the only modification in the defensive sector will be the presence of Munúa as the keeper of the squad.
The rest is a big doubt. Maybe Caparrós will maintain the 4-4-2 figure, this option will mean that Duscher and De Guzman will play in midfield, while Cristian will play as left winger and Barragán as right wingback. The striking zone in this case would be for Arizmendi, Adrián or Taborda. Other option that seems viable is to introduce the 'triple pivote' into the lineup. This choice will mean a 4-5-1 figure with Duscher, De Guzman and Juan Rodriguez in midfield, while Arizmendi could be used as a right winger.
